Electric bikes may be returned if:

  • All original components are included (battery, charger, keys, manuals, and accessories)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


Defective or Damaged Electric Bikes

If your electric bike arrives defective or damaged:

  • You are eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange

  • Contact us immediately after delivery

  • Proof such as photos or videos may be required

There is no cost to you for returns related to manufacturer defects or shipping damage.


Non-Defective Electric Bike Returns

We accept returns for non-defective electric bikes provided that:

  • The bike shows no signs of abuse, alteration, or excessive wear

Electric bike batteries must be returned in safe condition and properly secured. Returns may be rejected if the battery is damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
